While engaging in my daily online work, I recently came across a Home Profit System that promised a quick buck for work at home online job. For a second, the opportunity seemed exciting. Boy was I in for a treat! Home Profit University, also known as ‘Work at Home (WAH) University’ offers nothing close to what you would expect from a university. The site gives a vague description of the content, but you have to register and pay about $100 to find out more! I do not know about you, but I see red flags already! User reviews from people who have fallen victim to this online scam reveal that the site incorporates attractive sales incentives to suck you in, but many, if not all, get scammed out of their money. Often, you will click on the website and receive the message that the website is no longer in use. This kind of behavior is typical of moneymaking frauds. They pick up and move to avoid detection, often hiding behind different identities.

3. Promises a fortune for hardly any work done. Home Profit University promises up to $80,000 a year, for just one hour of work per day. It sounds good, right. Wrong. I am not saying that it is impossible to make this much, but a lot of work and hours is necessary for internet marketing to yield any fruit.

However, be on the lookout for sites with fake pictures, as well as those, which brag with big brand names that do not endorse them in any way. Although I have not fallen victim to Home Profit University and it subsidiary aliases, I am weary of such sites that offer misleading information and scam innocent people. People work hard to maintain their homes and lifestyles. Other people should not just steal this hard-earned money from them.
