The WAH Rev Scam- Honest Review

Posted by in Not Recommended | 5 comments

After landing on WAH Rev’s home page, I realized something: I’ve seen this before. I meant it literally; I’ve seen the same exact interface and sales pitch. Oh, yeah right. It looks just like the website of WAH Edu. So it’s one of Michelle Robinson’s programs. You can check both sites actually since they’re still up and running, unashamedly I might add.

If you’ve read my review on WAH Edu, it’s basically the same modus. But if you haven’t yet, we’ll go over each point why you should stay as far away as possible from this and anything Michelle Robinson sells or promotes.

She’s a fictional character which has been affiliated with various exposed scams in the past – Stay At Home Revenue, Work At Home Institute etc. and you guessed it right, they have the exact look. But why do the scammers need to make up an identity?

  • To make the product or program seem real and legit
  • To appeal to people by creating a persona they can relate to (average person with no special skills or experience) and make them believe that anyone can do it
  • To sell a rags-to-riches story and use YOUR dreams to further entice you

Also, everyone’s more likely to trust something if they see a name or person behind it. It’s much more effective than simply putting a company name or logo. Nevertheless, it’s marketing at its absolute worst.

WAH Rev’s website is full of lies and hype. It’s supposedly an “educational program” but we all know that’s complete BS. What it really is, is a link-posting scam. In all fairness to them, they mention this but in a technical, fancy way that sounds innocent and transparent enough.

  • We explain how and where to find business willing to pay you to help them promote their products or services.
  • We have basic videos covering easy ways to give your links exposure.
  • Help members get traffic to their link as quickly as possible.

If those aren’t about placing ad links on webpages, then I don’t know what is. They have over 100 videos which you can watch to succeed in this type of “business” but you don’t need that much. In fact, allow me to summarize how you can make money with this.

PLACE ADS- PEOPLE CLICK ON THOSE ADS- THEY BUY- YOU GET PAID

That’s all you need to know. And it follows that if nobody clicks on your ads OR they click but don’t buy anything, you won’t earn anything too. After posting your ads, the next step would be to hope and pray someone vulnerable will take the bait. So it’s basically a process of conning someone after Michelle Robinson has conned you and that’s not a great way to make money online. It’s high risk, not suitable for long term, and you know, karma.

Anyway, here’s what will happen if you do sign up:

  • You pay $97 for a program that has no use and value
  • You provide them important information like email address, telephone number and credit card details which is very risky in the hands of scammers.
  • You will be badgered with spam emails or calls from salespeople with a plethora of up-sells and offers – all of which are not designed to make you any money but will only make you spend more. The coaching programs and consultations are worthless.
  • There’s no big profit waiting for you. Instead, you’ll receive small commissions from the clients you advertised given that somebody bought from them.

VERDICT:

It’s another Michelle Robinson scam. Once this has been taken down, I’m sure we’ll see another one with the same design and look. Miss Robinson is here to stay as long as there are people falling for her modus.
