The Extreme Profits System admits as much on its Terms of Service page, where it states that actors have been used in some of the marketing. In addition, it claims that there are limitations surrounding hypothetical or simulated results. It states that it is difficult to get accurate results with simulations. That indicates that the company does not provide actual results in its advertising.

This is very troubling. The company acknowledges that it is giving false information but manages to get away with it by creating this disclaimer. Unfortunately, most people don’t look at the Terms of Service page. Because of that, a lot people sign up for the system. That’s when they realize just how expensive the Extreme Profits System can be.
