Treasure Trooper Review- Another Paid-to Scam or What?

Posted by in Not Recommended | 5 comments

You might have heard of Treasure Trooper if you are somebody that is interested in making money from home, and now you’re trying to figure out and see whether or not this is a scam by reading my unbiased review. Just to let you know, I am not an affiliate of this company so I’m not just going to give you the benefits of joining, or painted a rosy picture. To tell you how it works and what I like and what I don’t like. Sound fair? Cool!

How It Works

Treasure Trooper is a “get-paid-to complete offers” website. This means you sign up, and supposedly get to make money just by completing trial offers and other easy stuff like surveys. Supposedly according to their website, you can make anywhere from $.50 to $50.00 per offer. Once completed, those will go in the queue as “pending” and will await approval. Once approved, you get paid.

You have to earn at least $20 to get paid.

Also, it’s a referral program. This means you get paid to bring others into the system. When they earn money, you get a little percentage from that and when they bring in more people, your income grows. It’s kind of like one of those MLM things.

What I Like…

It’s been around 8+ years…

Well I can tell you Treasure Trooper it’s not another fly-by-night website that takes your money. It has been around for a while now, and is still going strong. I do a lot of reviews on scam work at home companies that have you join, pay money, give you crap, then leave. This is not one of them.

It’s free to join…

I like the fact that it’s at least free to join. All you have to do is take about 1 minute and create an account and you are already on your way. There is even what’s called a Skeptic Center for people who doubt you can actually make money doing this. There are various forms of proof of payments and stuff so you you know that they do actually pay people when they complete offers.

 What I Don’t Like…

Although Treasure Trooper is a legit company, I am not the biggest fan of these type of websites where you join to complete offers and use small tasks. Let me tell you why. As an Internet marketer who knows you can make thousands and thousands of dollars from home, I don’t think you can make thousands of dollars from home doing this and it’s going to be very time-consuming. In other words, the same amount of time you’re using to join all these companies and complete offers just to make a few bucks, you can be using to learn how to earn a full-time income on complete autopilot. You get what I’m saying? It’s just very minimal earnings.

Honest Conclusion and Thoughts

I’ve personally never landed a $50 offer in any of these kind of companies. The way you would make any kind of significant income with Treasure Trooper in my opinion, is through that 5% referral program. This means you’re going to have to get real good at Internet marketing. If you don’t know how to do that, good luck making anything worth your while just doing offers. Well, that’s my honest opinion and conclusion. I personally wouldn’t join. I just don’t think it’s worth the effort and time required to make such little money.

  1. This site is more of a game than a money making venue. The only way to make money is to do a 20$ PayPal cashout and they have overall bad ethical practices. Slow capital gains.

  2. I’ve made quite a bit of money here! Can you get rich doing it? Of course not. I look at it like this though… I’m wasting so much time online already, might as well make a little bit of spending money in the process. I have fun doing it though, so if you’re looking at it as a “job” then it’s not for you!

  3. this is not good.

  4. yes i agree,
i not making to much with either.

  5. Another review right on target, I have been reading your blog posts here, found you by accident, and just added you to my G+ Circles.

I really cannot understand why anyone would do trial; offers or surveys. You get peanuts, and they are making a killing
