Will Rippln Scam You? Honest Review

Posted by in Not Recommended | 1 comment

rippln_scamOh boy will Rippln scam you? Man there has been a lot of hype before this thing has even launched. The owners are really stressing how big this product was going to be and almost revolutionary. Perhaps like you, I am actually kind of excited to see what this new mobile app was going to be about and how to make money with it. But in the back of my mind, I kind of knew that I likely would be in for a big disappointment. And you know what, I was right. This is another disguised multi-level marketing opportunity but where the product is digital. Thanks for stopping my review on this company. My goal here is to shed some light on what this opportunity or mobile app is really about and how you can see the red flags in future IM products and save your money.

One of things that Rippln says is that it’s going to go viral and be absolutely huge. It’s hyped up to be some kind of viral mobile app. It’s going to create a “ripple” effect if you will, around the web. this is the thing about viral marketing. The honest truth is no one has really mastered that form of marketing just yet. Yet, you will see lots of IM products promote that they have unlocked the secrets to getting viral traffic and want you to pay for the training. Have you ever seen an Internet marketing system go viral on FB without looking spammy? I haven’t. But you will see product after product displaying the benefits of viral traffic and marketing. Let’s see what this whole thing is about.

I guess they’re saying the biggest benefit is that it’s free to signup and things are going to ripple once it launches. For an example, once you sign up and promote your affiliate link or what have you, a bunch of other people are going to sign up under you so you start building this massive team that monetizes eventually. You could actually go and signup right now, but this is the catch. You are eventually going to need to upgrade to a Premium membership. Hello? How else are they going to monetize this viral app? That means supposedly when the people you signed up upgrade, you will earn money. Don’t get too excited yet.

Does Rippln Scam People?

I can’t say it’s a scam just yet. The scary thing is I don’t know how much it’s going to cost you to go Premium. They’re not telling yet. Think of it like a trap. Let’s say you work your butt off and sign up 100 people, but then to unlock the commissions the membership is like $1 million. Get me? Of course I’m exaggerating but it’s like, do the work first and then once you have a lot of people under you, you won’t want to miss out and you’re going to pay whatever the membership cost is. Besides, you’re not even told what you will be promoting. On top of that they make sign a NDA, that you don’t even really need to sign.

[note color=”#FFCC00″]So will Rippln work? It’s going to come down to the same old crap. I’m sure it could work if you know how to drive lots of traffic to your affiliate or signup link. If you don’t, you’re not going to make money with this or anything else. I like to stay away from MLM and advise new people in the make-money-online niche to get involved with something that focuses on developing the right Internet business SKILLS than just joining some money-system scheme.[/note]

  1. I was quick to sign based on the invited coming from some very smart and trusting people, but no one I have asked to join will touch it. I’m sitting back to see whats next and seems like nothing but hype. You would think there would be something useful at their site but it does nothing. All the update are are at newly made up site variations, none of which point to a common goal of “come play around at our site”.
